The official guide's favorite trick: run Ninja Dudes as Lich Thralls for perma-stealth Ninjas with huge Crit, Cleave, and Attack Power while the Lich eats the damage. He is the Wave 100+ mitigation engine next to the Knight. Keep him alive long enough to re-Enthrall, and let his Thralls do the dying.
